Cabinet Pouplier is a registered French law firm building bridges through dedicated legal advice, essentially to foreign clients, on professional or private investment and business in general.

 More than 30 years’ experience

For over 30 years now we have guided our clients on private real estate transactions, statutory regulations and tax liabilities involved in building and renovation, company law, tax law in collaboration with local tax consultants, inheritance law, buying and selling commercial premises, hotels and restaurants, industrial and commercial activities, including mergers, business succession planning, labour law and employment.

Our extensive experience has also involved farm and vineyard transactions, E.U. subsidies and environmental regulations.
